His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Upper Hutt, and be under the control and management of the Upper Hutt Borough Council.

Approximate area of the access way dealt with: 4·13 perches.
Being Lot 77, D.P. 17670, being part Sections 116 and 117, Hutt District, part certificate of title, Volume 513, folio 77, Wellington Land Registry.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street Off Fancourt Street in the City of Auckland Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 45 ft.,

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the land fronting the said street as shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 152114 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 48 ft. from the centre line of the said street.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 28516, being part Allotment 33, District of Tamaki.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152114 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Constituting Urenui Secondary Urban Fire District

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Whereas, pursuant to section 18 of the Fire Services Act 1949, the Clifton County Council requested that the urban area of Urenui be constituted a secondary urban fire district:
And whereas, pursuant to the said section 18, the Fire Service Council has certified that the appropriate standards for a secondary urban fire district have been complied with in respect of the said area:
And whereas, pursuant to the said section 18, the request has been referred to the Local Government Commission:
And whereas, pursuant to the Local Government Commission Act 1953, the Local Government Commission has recommended that action be taken under the Fire Services Act 1949 to constitute the said area a secondary urban fire district:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 18 of the Fire Services Act 1949, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares the urban area of Urenui to be a secondary urban fire district, by the name of the Urenui Secondary Urban Fire District.
