Land Taken for Road in Blocks IV, VIII, and XII, Cape Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by Sidney John Armstrong, of Pungarehu, farmer, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 149, folio 48, Taranaki Land Registry, is also hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of December 1956.
