Also all that public highway in the Borough of Huntly
commencing at its junction with the Auckland-Hamilton State
Highway opposite the eastern corner of Lot 64, D.P. 15817,
Borough of Huntly, and proceeding thence generally in an
easterly, northwesterly, and westerly direction by way of
Raynor Street and the unnamed street bounded by the Railway
Reserve and Lots 14 and 12, D.P. 10263, Borough of Huntly,
and part Sections 38 and 39, Pepepe Parish, Borough of
Huntly, and thence proceeding by way of Waahi Street and
Punt Road to its termination at the boundary of the Borough
of Huntly, opposite the western corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 858,
Pepepe Parish, Borough of Huntly, being a distance of 1 mile
1 chain, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated
on plan P.W.D. 150918 deposited in the office of the National
Roads Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Revoking Declaration of Main Highway, Declaring Public
Highway to be Main Highway, and Designating Main High-
way to be State Highway

PURSUANT to sections 11 and 12 of the National Roads Act
1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written
approval of the Minister of Works, hereby gives notice as
follows:

  1. (1) The public highway described in the First Schedule
    hereto shall cease to be main highway.
    (2) The Order in Council made on the 2nd day of October
    1940* declaring (inter alia) the said highway to be main
    highway is hereby consequentially amended by revoking so
    much of the Second Schedule thereto as relates to the said
    highway.
  2. The public highway described in the Second Schedule
    hereto is hereby declared to be main highway within the
    meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act 1953.
  3. The main highway described in the Second Schedule
    hereto is hereby designated State highway.
  4. This notice shall come into force on the date of its
    publication in the Gazette.

FIRST SCHEDULE
ROADS COUNCIL DISTRICT No. 2B
ALL that public highway in the Counties of Hauraki Plains and
Thames declared as the Pipiroa-Kopu Main Highway, as
described in Order in Council dated 2 October 1940.*

SECOND SCHEDULE
ROADS COUNCIL DISTRICT No. 2B
PIPIROA-KOPU: All that public highway in the Counties of
Hauraki Plains and Thames, commencing at its junction with
the Pokeno-Paeroa via Ngatea State Highway, opposite the
north-western corner of Section 18, Block X, Thames Survey
District, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direc-
tion via Pipiroa and Orongo, and terminating at its junction
with the Thames-Paeroa State Highway, opposite the south-
west corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 2032, Block VIII, Thames Survey
District, being a distance of 7 miles 49 chains, more or less;
as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D.
150917 deposited in the office of the National Roads Board at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Revoking Declaration of Main Highway

PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the
National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of

    shall cease to be main highway.
    (2) The Order in Council made on the 8th day of October
    1941* declaring the public highway firstly described in the
    Schedule hereto to be main highway is hereby consequentially
    revoked.
    (3) The Order in Council made on the 2nd day of October
    1940† declaring (inter alia) the portion of public highway
    secondly described in the Schedule hereto to be main highway
    is hereby consequentially amended by revoking so much of
    the Second Schedule thereto as relates to the said portion of
    highway.
  2. This notice shall come into force on the date of its
    publication in the Gazette.

SCHEDULE
ROADS COUNCIL DISTRICT No. 18
ALL that public highway in the City of Invercargill, as
described in the Order in Council dated the 8th day of October
1941* and declared as the Elles Road South Main Highway.
All that public highway in the City of Invercargill as
described in Order in Council dated 2 October 1940† and
declared as that portion of the Invercargill-Fortrose Main
Highway in the Borough of South Invercargill.
