Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve, and Declaration That Such Reserve Forms Part of the Selwyn Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby defines the purpose to which the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be dedicated as recreation, and further declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act; to form part of the Selwyn Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Land Reserved in the Land District of South Auckland and Vested in the Raglan County Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for a public hall and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Raglan, in trust, for that purpose.

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rangitikei and revokes the reservation for metal purposes over the lands described in the Schedule hereto.
