PURSUANT to section 183 of the Post and Telegraph Act 1928, the Minister of Telegraphs hereby declares that the officers whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto are authorised to sign certificates of the service of telegraphic copies of notices for the purposes of sections 179 to 184 of that Act, and hereby appoints those officers to be transmitting officers and receiving officers, at the addresses specified after their names in the Schedule hereto, for the purposes of those sections and of the regulations for the time being in force under that Act relating to the service of notices by telegraph.

PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Regulations 1949,* the Minister of Agriculture hereby gives notice as follows:
- This notice may be cited as the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1952, Amendment No. 6, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1952† (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
- The Hamilton Milk Delivery Scheme 1952 as set forth in the Schedule to the principal notice and heretofore amended is hereby further amended as follows:
(a) By omitting the item numbered 22 in subclause (3), and substituting the following: “22. Nicholas van Tiel and Suijders, Cambridge Road, Hamilton. . . . In the zone numbered 20”.
(b) By omitting the item numbered 26 in subclause (3), and substituting the following: “26. B. G. Melville, 20 Rifle Range Road, Frankton. . . . In the zone numbered 24”.

Taumarunui Milk Delivery Notice 1944—Amendment No. 10 (Notice No. Ag. 6033)
PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Regulations 1949, the Minister of Agriculture hereby gives notice as follows: - This notice may be cited as the Taumarunui Milk Delivery Notice 1944, Amendment No. 10, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Taumarunui Milk Delivery Notice 1944† (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
- The Taumarunui Milk Delivery Scheme 1944 as set forth in the Schedule to the principal notice and heretofore amended is hereby further amended as follows:
(a) By revoking the definition of the word "plan" in sub-clause (1), and substituting the following definition: “‘The plan’ means the plan of the district deposited for the purposes of the scheme in the Head Office of the New Zealand Milk Board, 138 Wakefield Street, Wellington, under No. NZMB 141/1.”
(b) By revoking subclause (6) and substituting the following therefor: “(6) Subject to the foregoing provisions of this scheme the persons hereinafter described may deliver milk, wholesale or retail in the areas allotted to them as follows and not otherwise:
