A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take place on and after the 13th day of February 1956.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149260 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for better utilisation, is hereby set apart for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of February 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 32·5 perches.
Being Lot 5, D.P. 33172, being all the land in Proclamation No. 12616, Auckland Land Registry.
