A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of February 1956.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 8 acres and 2·6 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 9819, being part Allotments 2 and 3, Manurewa Parish.
Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39347.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149318 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for health purposes (district nurse's residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of February 1956.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for hospital purposes and shall vest in the Southland Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of February 1956.
