A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the portion of public reserve described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for health purposes
(district nurse's residence); and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of
February 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart:
1 rood.
Being Section 9, Block III, Village of Mokau.
Situated in Block I, Awakino Survey District. (S.O. 4233.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149242
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 1st day of February 1956.

General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 13th day of February 1956.

that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the

and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 386, folio
178, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for defence
purposes.
