Road Closed by Order of the Maori Land Court
PURSUANT to sections 489 and 490 of the Maori Land Act 1931, the Maori Land Court has made an order dated 2 October 1952, firstly, declaring the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a closed road, and secondly, amending the existing title for Section 3, Block VI, Opuawhanga Survey District, comprised in certificate of title, Volume 47, folio 159, Auckland Registry, so as to include within the boundaries of the said land the portion of stopped road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of road in the Whangarei County in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 25 perches, more or less, being land adjoining Section 3, Block VI, Opuawhanga Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered M.L. 13729 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that area of road in the Whangarei County in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 31 perches, more or less, being land adjoining the Wairahi A 2B 2G Block, situate in Block V, Opuawhanga Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered M.L. 13673 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 489 of the Maori Land Act 1931, the Maori Land Court has made an order dated 6 August 1953 declaring the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a closed road and vesting it in the persons found by the Court to be entitled thereto.

ALL that area of public road in the Otamatea County in the North Auckland Land District situated in Block VI, Otamatea Survey District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 34·4 perches, more or less, being formerly portion of Kaitara No. 2 Block, and now adjoining portions of Kaitara No. 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered M.L. 13777 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 489 of the Maori Land Act 1931, the Maori Land Court has made an order dated 6 August 1953, firstly, declaring the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a closed road, and secondly, amending the existing title for the Kaitara No. 2A 1A Block so as to include within the boundaries of the said block the portion of the said road described in the Schedule hereto.
This notice is in substitution for the notice given on 23 November 1955 and published in the Gazette, 1 December 1955, Volume III, page 1860, and that notice is hereby revoked.

ALL that area of public road in the Otamatea County in the North Auckland Land District situated in Block VI, Otamatea Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 0·4 perches, more or less, being formerly portion of Kaitara No. 2 Block, and now adjoining portions of Kaitara No. 2A 1A Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered M.L. 13777 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on and from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Te Kaha Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 13 January 1932 and published in the Gazette, 21 January 1932, Volume I, page 115.
