Infected Areas Declared Under the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952 (Notice No. Ag. 6201)

PURSUANT to the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, it is hereby notified for public information that the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto have been declared to be infected areas for the purposes of the said regulations.

SCHEDULE
FIRST, all that piece of land containing 20·73 perches, more or less, being the eastern moiety of Section 1418 on the public map of the Town of New Plymouth.
Secondly, all that piece of land containing 31·1 perches, more or less, being part of Section 1394 on the public map of the Town of New Plymouth.
Thirdly, all that piece of land containing 1 rood 1·3 perches, more or less, being Section 1377, Town of New Plymouth.
Fourthly, all that piece of land containing 20 perches, more or less, being Section 1360 on the public map of the Town of New Plymouth.

Deficiency Payments in Respect of Export Meat

PURSUANT to the Meat Export Prices Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the deficiency payments set out in the Schedule hereto may be made to the owners in accordance with that Act for the classes of meat specified in the said Schedule for the week commencing on Monday, the 3rd day of December 1956.

Revoking Bylaws Regulating Heavy Traffic on the Blenheim-Nelson State Highway, the Nelson-Westport State Highway, and the Westport-Karamea Main Highway

PURSUANT to section 13 of the National Roads Act 1953 and section 54 of the Transport Act 1949, the National Roads Board hereby revokes, as from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the bylaws specified in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of unclaimed moneys, dated the 28th day of November 1956 derived from the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District and held by him, has been filed at the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, and Wellington, and all sub-offices of the Department of Maori Affairs, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of fee.
