A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 6·7 perches.
Being Lot 4, L.T. Plan 43907. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1101, folio 135, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the provisional State forest land and Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas in Waitomo County, containing 1,624 acres 1 rood 14 perches, more or less, being provisional State forest (Gazette, 1920, page 2108, 865 acres) and Crown land, 759 acres 1 rood 14 perches, and being Kinohaku West E Nos. 1A 1, 1B 1, and 1F 2 Blocks, situated in Blocks IX and X, Whareorino Survey District. As shown on plans Nos. 43/9 and 43/10 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (M.L. Plans 6614 and 9072.)
