PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 27th day of September 1956, subject as to part Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 43770, to the drainage easement in gross created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 576618, Auckland Land Registry, and subject as to Lots 11, 12, 13, and 14, D.P. 43770, to the building-line restriction contained in notice No. K. 57521, Auckland Land Registry.
