Revocation of the Vesting of Control and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the vesting of the control in the Dunedin City Council and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for scenic purposes described in the Schedule hereto.

Varying a Notice Declaring Parts of a Tribal District to be Tribal Committee Areas Under the Maori Social and Economic Act 1945
Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 14 of the Maori Social and Economic Act 1945, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby varies the notice dated 16 December 1947 and published in the Gazette on 8 January 1948, at page 11, declaring parts of the Matakana Tribal District to be tribal committee areas for the purposes of the said Act, by excluding from the Schedule thereto the description of the Rangiwaea-Opounui Tribal Committee Area and substituting therefor the descriptions appearing in the Schedule hereto.

OPOUNUI TRIBAL COMMITTEE AREA
All that area being that portion of an island in the Tauranga Harbour bounded by a line commencing at a point on the shore of the said island, being the southern corner of Rangiwaea No. 2 Block, in Block V, Tauranga Survey District; thence proceeding westerly, north-westerly, and south-easterly generally along the shore of the said island to the north-western boundary of Rangiwaea No. 1 Block; thence south-westerly and southerly along the north-western and western boundaries of Rangiwaea No. 1 Block and the western boundary of Rangiwaea No. 2 Block to the point of commencement.
RANGIWAEA TRIBAL COMMITTEE AREA
All that area situated in Block V, Tauranga Survey District, comprising 201 acres, more or less, being Rangiwaea Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks.
