Declaration That a Reserve be the Te Awa South Domain and Appointment of Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the Te Awa South Domain, and further appoints the Geraldine County Council to be the Te Awa South Domain Board to have control of the said domain.

Declaration That Part of the Tuapeka Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Tuapeka Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act, and further revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said land.
