A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day
of December 1956.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1
acre 1 rood.
Being Section 30, Block IX, Hunua Survey District; as
shown on a plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor
at Wellington as number 23141, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 21st day of November 1956.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation
dated the 23rd day of July 1956 and published in Gazette, 26
July 1956, No. 41, page 965, setting apart Crown land for
State housing purposes in Block XIII, Wairere Survey District, in so far as it affects the area of 1 rood 29.2 perches
secondly described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation,
and hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State
housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of December 1956.

housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes
(residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 3rd day of December 1956.

and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 3rd day of December 1956.
