Crown Land Set Apart for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block V, Waiwhero Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of December 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 11·6 perches.
Being part Rural Section 3175.
Situated in Block V, Waiwhero Survey District, Westland R.D. (S.O. 4751.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152148 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of November 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for health purposes (district nurse’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of December 1956.

Situated in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, Borough of Whakatane, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37966.)
