Infected Areas Declared Under the Citrus Canker Regulations
1952 (Notice No. Ag. 6195)

Pursuant to the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, it is hereby notified for public information that the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto have been declared to be infected areas for the purposes of the said regulations.

SCHEDULE

First, all that piece of land containing 26·44 perches, more or less, being part Section 372 on the public map of the Town of New Plymouth.

Secondly, all that piece of land containing 1 rood 10 perches, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 6791, and being part Section 19, Fitzroy District; Block V, Paritutu Survey District.

Pursuant to the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, it is hereby notified for public information that the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto have been declared to be infected areas for the purposes of the said regulations.

SCHEDULE

First, all that piece of land containing 32 perches, more or less, being Section 866 on the public map of the Grey District.

Secondly, all that piece of land containing 1 rood 24·2 perches, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 5913, and being part of Section 20, Fitzroy District.

Thirdly, all that piece of land containing 1 acre and 6·34 perches, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 5933, and being part of Section “B” of the New Plymouth Town Belt.

Fourthly, all that piece of land containing 1 rood 0·61 perches, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 5522, and being part of Section “B”, Fitzroy District.

Fifthly, all that piece of land containing 1 rood 0·68 perches, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 5522, and being part of Section “B”, Fitzroy District.
