A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of November 1956.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in Whangarei County containing 946 acres and 5 perches, more or less, being Sections 16, 19, and 25, Block III, and Section 9, Block IV, Hukerenui Survey District.
