CORRIGENDUM

In the notice releasing land from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Waiapu Development Scheme) published in the Gazette, 18 October 1956, No. 56, page 1436, for “Waiapu Development Scheme” read “Mohaka Development Scheme” and for “Gisborne Land District” read “Hawke’s Bay Land District”.

Crown Land Set Apart for Agricultural Purposes (Store) in the Borough of Westport

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for agricultural purposes (store); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of November 1956.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 8 perches.

Being Section 1077, Westport Colliery Reserve.

Situated in the Borough of Westport, Nelson R.D.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of November 1956.

Public Reserve Set Apart for Police Purposes in Block VIII, Hororata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of November 1956.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the public reserve set apart: 4 acres and 13 perches.

Being Reserve 4815 (formerly part Section 8, Reserve 1288.) Situated in Block VIII, Hororata Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 9017.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151999 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of November 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of November 1956.
