IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION
In the matter of the Companies Act 1933, section 226, and

NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO PROVE
In the matter of Auckland Plastering Co. Limited in
liquidation under the Companies Act 1933.
The liquidator of Auckland Plastering Co. Limited, which is
being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 16th day of
November 1956 on or before which the creditors of the company
are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title
or priority under section 258 of the Act, or to be excluded from
the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved,
or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
30th day of October 1956, presented to the said Court by
Gladys Rhonwyn Muir, of Hamilton, spinster, and that the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Hamilton on the 16th day of November 1956, at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing
in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of
the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory
of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on
payment of the regulated charge for the same.

GENERAL MOTORS ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION
PURSUANT to section 333 of the Companies Act 1933, notice
is hereby given that General Motors Acceptance Corporation
Incorporated, with limited liability in the State of New York
in the United States of America, with Head Office for New
Zealand at Lower Hutt, will cease to have a place of business
in New Zealand on the expiration of three months from the
first publication of this notice.
Following a rearrangement of its overseas business, the
business now carried on by the corporation in New Zealand
will, from 1 November 1956, be carried on as previously by
General Motors Acceptance Corporation Limited Incorporated,
with limited liability in the State of Delaware in the United
States of America.

MINING ACT 1926
APPLICATION FOR LICENCE FOR A BRANCH RACE
NOTICE is hereby given that Harry Joseph Webb and John
Ewart Webb, of Lowburn, orchardists, will apply to the
Warden of the Otago Mining District at Cromwell, at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon on Wednesday, the 5th day of December 1956,
for a licence for a branch race to carry four heads of water
from the termination of their water race 8633 for 1,000 yards
through leasehold of J. G. T. Anderson and freehold of W. J.
Stephens then into the Westmoreland race.
Objections must be filed in the office of the Mining Registrar,
Cromwell, and notified to applicant, whose address for service
is at the office of Brodrick and Parcell, solicitors, Melmore
Street, Cromwell, at least three days before the abovementioned
time of hearing.
