62 acres and 32 perches, more or less, being portions of Allot-
ments 303 and 305 of the Parish of Te Rapa, and being all
the land in certificate of title, Volume 1228, folio 74, wherein
(now) Lochiel Farm Limited, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Ohaupo, is the mortgagor and
Alberta Wynfred Taylor, wife of William Innes Taylor, of
Ohaupo, farmer (now deceased), is the mortgagee, having
been lodged with me together with an application to register
transmission and discharge thereof without production of the
said memorandum of mortgage in terms of section 44, Land
Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to
register such transmission and discharge on the expiration of
fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this

issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of fourteen

PUBLIC TRUST NOTICE

In the matter of the Administration Act 1952 and in the
matter of the Estate of John Reginald Ellison Overton,
retired farmer, formerly of Cambridge, but late of Auck-
land, but now deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of the Dominion
of New Zealand, pursuant to an order made by the Supreme
Court at Auckland on the 12th day of October 1956, is the
administrator of the above estate under Part IV of the above-
mentioned Act, and that the said estate will, as from the said
date, be administered, realised, and distributed in accordance
with the law and practice of bankruptcy.

Notice is further given that I do hereby summon a meeting
of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust
Office, Great South Road, Otahuhu, on Thursday, the 25th day
of October 1956, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon.

Notice is finally given that all creditors, whether they have
already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove
their debts within the time and in the manner provided by
the Bankruptcy Act 1908. Proof-of-debt forms may be pro-
cured at my office.
