LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES
EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding duplicates of renewable leases, Volume 19A, folios 110 and 111, Wellington Registry, in the name of Hector Robert Rose, of Rangataua, carpenter, for first: 11 acres 3 roods 29 perches, being Village Homestead Allotment 15 on the map of Block X, Rangataua Village Settlement, and second: 10 acres, being Village Homestead Allotment 16 on the map of Block 10, Rangataua Village Settlement, and of outstanding duplicate of mortgage 263421, whereof Margaret Campbell, of Rangataua, married woman (now deceased), and Charles Campbell, of Rangataua, gentleman, are mortgagees, affecting the land in the above-mentioned renewable leases, Volume 19A, folios 110 and 111, and application (K.39296) having been made to me to issue provisional leases in lieu thereof; and further application having been made to me to register an application for transmission (A.58725) of the said mortgage, 263421 to the said Charles Campbell as survivor, and a discharge of the said mortgage, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional leases and dispense with the production of the outstanding duplicate of the said mortgage 263421, under the provisions of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and to register the application for transmission and discharge of mortgage on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
