Crown Land Set Apart for a Post Office in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 8·8 perches.

Being Lot 5, D.P. 16361, being part Rural Section 2164, and being part of the land in Proclamation No. 361231, Canterbury Land Registry.

Situated in the City of Christchurch.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of November 1956.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to a building-line restriction registered as K. 36551, for post and telegraph purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 30·41 perches.

Being Lot 153, D.P. 17670, being part Section 116, Hutt District.

Situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District.

Being Allotment 241, District of Tamaki. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 850, folio 255, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for irrigation purposes (raceman's cottage); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 5 acres.

Being part Rural Section 36352.

Situated in Block I, Rangitata Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 9027.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151882 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Donald McLeod, of Ruapuna, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 162, folio 175, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for irrigation purposes (raceman's cottage).

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 5 acres.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Oamaru by William Smolenski, of Oamaru, member of the temporary staff of the New Zealand Armed Forces, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease registered No. 10078 (Otago Land Registry), is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 1 rood.

Being Section 21, Block XV, Town of Oamaru, being part certificate of title, Volume 241, folio 133, Otago Land Registry.

Situated in the Borough of Oamaru.
