PURSUANT to section 222 of the Companies Act 1933, notice is hereby given that, by resolution under section 300 of the Companies Act 1933 dated the 12th day of October 1956, the following resolution was duly passed as a special resolution:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Malcolm John Mason, of Wellington, public accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of the winding up.”
Creditors are required to furnish details of their claims by 30 November 1956 to the undersigned and establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Act, otherwise they are liable to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their debts are proved.

Notice of Final Winding-up Meeting
In the matter of the Companies Act 1933 and in the matter of Commercial Buildings (Taumarunui) Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation).
PURSUANT to section 232 of the Companies Act 1933, notice is hereby given that a general meeting of Commercial Buildings (Taumarunui) Ltd.
