Land in the Taranaki Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in Stratford County, containing 2,398 acres 2 roods 5·1 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on D.P. 2560, part of Lot 3 on D.P. 391, and part of Lot 1A on D.P. 405, being part of Pohokura Block, situated in Blocks III and VII, Ngatimaru Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 62, folio 240, Volume 88, folio 196, and Volume 53, folio 92 (save and excepting the land in Proclamation 314). (Taranaki Registry.) As the same is shown on plan No. 60/6 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
