At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 16th day of

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 6 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
amends the memorandum of acceptance registered in the
Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. K. 35802
exempting, inter alia, the western, northern, and eastern sides
of Kiwi Place and Alamein Place in the Borough of Pukekohe
from the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act
1928, subject to a condition as to the building line, by varying
the condition as to the building line imposed by the said
memorandum of acceptance, so that no building or part of a
building shall at any time be erected on Lots 71, 79, 82, and
92, D.P. 37160, within a distance of 33 ft. from the centre
lines of the said streets.

described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer
required for the purpose for which it was acquired

Putaruru High School Board of Governors Order 1956

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 90 of the Education Act 1914, as
amended by section 10 of the Education Amendment Act 1952,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Putaruru High School
Board of Governors Order 1956. - The constitution of the Board of Governors for Putaruru
High School prescribed by section 90 of the Education Act
1914 is hereby varied so that the school shall be controlled
by a Board of Governors constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board;
(b) Five members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school;
(c) One member appointed by the Governor-General:
(d) One member appointed by the Putaruru Borough Council:
(e) One member appointed by the Matamata County Council:
(f) One member to be co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.

PURSUANT to section 90 of the Education Act 1914, as

- This order may be cited as the Huntly College Board of
Governors Order 1956. - The constitution of the Board of Governors for Huntly

is hereby varied so that the school shall be controlled by a
Board of Governors constituted as follows:

Reapportioning Representation on the Waitemata Electric
Power Board

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby determines as follows:
- This Order in Council shall come into force on the date of the next general election of members of local authorities (hereinafter referred to as "the specified date").
- The number of representatives of each constituent district of the Waitemata Electric Power District on the Waitemata Electric Power Board shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district.
- The constituent districts which are bracketed together in the first column of the Schedule hereto shall be combined districts for the purposes of the said Act.
- The local authority of each constituent district distinguished in the first column of the Schedule hereto by the letter "(P)" shall be the principal local authority of the combined district of which it forms a part.
- The first elections of the representative of the constituent district of the East Coast Bays Borough and of the representatives of the combined districts of (a) Waitemata County and Helensville Borough, (b) Rodney County and Warkworth Town District, and (c) Glen Eden and Henderson Boroughs, shall be held on the specified date.
- The Order in Council dated the 12th day of April 1944 and published in the Gazette on the 13th day of the same month, at page 359, reapportioning representation on the Waitemata Electric Power Board, is hereby revoked.
- The Order in Council dated the 1st day of July 1953 and published in the Gazette on the 2nd day of the same month, at page 1004, amending the said Order in Council dated the 12th day of April 1944, is hereby revoked.
