NOTICE is hereby given that “The Model Flour-milling Company Limited” has changed its name to “A. P. Tutton and Son Limited”, and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former name.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 8th day of October 1956, presented to the said Court by Pinchin Johnson and Company (New Zealand) Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1933 having its registered office in the City of Wellington.
And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 26th day of October 1956, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Before the Honourable Mr Justice Henry, Friday, the 5th Day of October 1956
UPON the petition of R. H. Exton and Co. Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1933, having its registered office at 5 Elliott Street, Auckland, and carrying on business there as frock manufacturers, a creditor of the above-named company, on the 5th day of October 1956 preferred unto the Court, and upon hearing Mr A. H. Cavell for the petitioner and Mr E. B. E. Taylor for the said debtor company consenting and upon reading the said petition, an affidavit of Ralph Howard Exton, of Auckland, company director, a director of R. H. Exton and Co. Limited, the said petitioner company filed on the 7th day of September 1956 verifying the said petition, the Gazette of the 27th day of September 1956 and the Christchurch Star-Sun newspaper of the 22nd day of September 1956, each containing an advertisement of the said petition, this Court doth order that the said debtor company be wound up by this Court under the provisions of the Companies Act 1933 and that the official assignee at Christchurch be constituted provisional liquidator of the affairs of the company.
And it is ordered that the costs and disbursements of the said petition be taxed and paid out of the assets of the said company.
