scribed in Gazette, 1953, at page 1475; thence easterly along
the middle line of the last-mentioned road to its intersection
with the left bank of the Tutaekuri River; thence south-
westerly along the said left bank to the eastern side of the
Redcliffe Bridge; thence south-easterly along that side of the
