Limited, a company incorporated in the State of New South Wales and which has established a place of business in New Zealand at Christchurch, will cease to have a place of business in New Zealand on the expiration of three (3) months from the first appearance of this advertisement.

In conformity with the above Act, I, Ernest Bissett, General Manager of the Guardian Trust and Executors Company of New Zealand Limited, do solemnly and sincerely declare:
- That the liability of the members is limited. The capital of the company is £100,000 fully paid, divided into 20,000 shares of £5 each.
The assets of the company in its corporate capacity on the 30th day of June last were £179,158.
The liabilities of the company in its corporate capacity on that day were £10,229.
The first annual licence was issued on the 10th day of March 1911.
- That, in the capacity of trustees and executors, the amount of moneys received on account of estates up to the 30th day of June last was £73,236,542.
The amount of moneys paid on account of estates up to that day was £72,863,013.
The amount of balances held in trust accounts at various banks on account of estates under administration on that day was £373,529.
- And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the Justices of the Peace Act 1927.

HASTINGS BOROUGH COUNCIL
SPECIAL ORDER
PURSUANT to the provisions of section 53 (2) of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Hastings Borough Council hereby resolves by way of special order as follows:
“(1) That the total number of Councillors of the Borough of Hastings, which at this date is nine, shall be increased to ten.
“(2) That such increase shall take effect as from the date of the gazetting of this special order.”

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Amuri County Council, at its meeting held on the 7th day of October 1955, has resolved to prepare for the Amuri County a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.
Proposals marked “Amuri District Scheme” should be addressed to the County Clerk and delivered at the County Clerk’s office, Culverden, on or before the 15th day of December 1956.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Patangata County Council at its meeting held on the 18th day of September 1956 has resolved to prepare for the Patangata County Council a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work, namely, a municipal depot, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk at the Town Hall, Auckland, and it is open for public inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Auckland.

13·9 perches, more or less, situate in the City of Auckland, being part of Allotment 1 of Section 39 of the City of Auckland, and the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 595, folio 269, Auckland Registry, limited as to parcels.
