H. J. PARRY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED

In the matter of the Companies Act 1933 and in the matter
of the H. J. Parry Construction Company Limited.

At an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the
above-named company, duly convened and held at the office
of J. M. Percival, public accountant, National Bank Buildings,
Hamilton, on Monday, 17 September, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting
that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily."

At the same meeting, John Murdock Percival, of Hamilton,
public accountant, was appointed liquidator for the purposes
of such winding up.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the
20th day of September 1956 presented to the said Court by
Dudding Bros. Limited, an incorporated company having its
registered office at Ngatea; and that the said petition is directed
to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 26th
day of October 1956 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any
creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by
his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will
be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment
of the regulated charge for the same.

that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Dunedin on the 29th day of October 1956 at 10
o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of
the said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a

B. P. BELLRINGER AND COMPANY LIMITED

IN LIQUIDATION

AN ordinary general meeting of shareholders of Messrs B. P.
Bellringer and Company Limited will be held at the office of
Messrs D. McFarlane and Company Limited, Ridgway Street,
Wanganui, on Monday, 15 October 1956, at 11 a.m., for the
purpose of showing how the winding up of the company has
been conducted, and the property disposed of, as shown by
the liquidator's accounts.

THE following special resolution was duly passed by an entry
in the minute book of Mossburn Hotel Limited on the 19th
day of September 1956:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily."

ASPHALTIC BITUMENS LIMITED

IN LIQUIDATION

PURSUANT to the Companies Act 1933, notice is hereby given
that, on the 14th day of September 1956, the following special
resolution was passed by a meeting of creditors of Asphaltic
Bitumens Limited:

"That the company, by reason of its liabilities, cannot con-
tinue in business and accordingly the company be wound
up voluntarily, and that Mr Gordon Stewart, public accountant, of Messrs Barr, Burgess, and Stewart, Wellington, be and
is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding
up."

Proof-of-debt forms have been circulated to all known
creditors. Creditors of the above company are required to file
proof of debt on or before 19 October 1956 or in default
thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

River Gold Mines Limited (in voluntary liquidation) will be
held at the registered office of the company, Bridge Street,
Reefton, on Wednesday, 31 October 1956, at 2 o'clock p.m.,
for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting
showing the manner in which the winding up of the company
has been conducted, and the assets disposed of, and of hearing
any explanation that may be required from the liquidator.
