the north-western boundary of Allotment 245, Suburbs of
Greerton; thence along a right line to and along that north-
western boundary, along the north-western boundaries of
Lots 1 and 2, D.P. S. 1360, being parts Allotment 22B, Parish
of Te Papa, aforesaid, and along the north-eastern boundary
of Allotment 22 of the said parish (Tauranga Racecourse
Domain), to and along the north-western side of the
Tauranga-Piarere State Highway to a point in line with the
north-eastern boundary of Lot 3, Deeds Plan 239, being part
Allotment 30, Te Papa Parish, aforesaid; thence generally
easterly along a right line to and along the north-eastern
boundaries of Lots 3 and 4, Deeds Plan 239, aforesaid, being
parts of the said Allotment 30, along the north-eastern boundary
of Allotment 31, the north-western boundary of Allot-
ment 33, and the north-western, north-eastern, and eastern
boundaries of Allotment 34, the said allotments being of
Te Papa Parish aforementioned, to a public road; thence due
east along a right line across that road to and down the left
bank of the Waimapu River, and along the line of mean
high water along the southern shores of the Tauranga Har-
bour to and southerly generally up the left bank of the
Kaitimako Stream, to and along the north-western and
eastern boundaries of Lot 1 and the eastern boundary of
Lot 2, the said lots being shown on D.P. 9292, and being
parts Waitaha No. 2 and Ohauiti No. 2 Blocks in Block XV,
Tauranga Survey District, and Blocks III and IV, Otane-
wainuku Survey District, along the eastern boundary of Lot 5,
D.P. 7603, and the northern and eastern boundaries of Lot 2,
D.P. S. 1502, both being parts Waitaha No. 2 Block aforesaid,
along the eastern boundary of Section 10s and the eastern and
southern boundaries of Section 14s, both of Ohauiti Settlement,
along a right line across a public road to and along the
southern boundary of Lot 13, D.P. 7603, being parts Ohauiti
No. 2 and Waitaha No. 2 Blocks aforesaid, along the eastern
boundaries of Sections 15s, 16s, 26s, 27s, and 29s, the
eastern end of a public road, and the eastern boundary of
Section 30s, the aforesaid sections all being of Ohauiti Settlement
aforesaid, along the northern and eastern boundaries of
Waoku No. 2A Block, the eastern boundaries of Waoku
No. 2B, and Waoku No. 2 Block, and the eastern boundary
of Section 3, Block XVI, Otanewainuku Survey District, and
along a right line being that eastern boundary produced to
the middle of a public road; thence along the middle of that
road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Taumata
No. 3c East B Block, and along a right line to and along the
eastern boundaries of the said No. 3C East B Block, and of
Taumata No. 3A 2B Block, crossing two intervening public
roads, and along another right line being the last-mentioned
boundary produced to the middle of the Mangorewa River;
thence generally westerly and then north-westerly along the
boundary of the County of Tauranga, as described in Gazette
No. 48 of the 5th day of August 1954, page 1266, to Trig.
Station No. 909 (Waianuanu), the point of commencement.

GREERTON RIDING

All that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded
by a line commencing at a point on the southern boundary
of the Borough of Tauranga, being the south-eastern corner
of Lot 6, D.P. 34236, being part Allotment 20, Parish of
Te Papa, in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, and running
southerly generally along the line of mean high water
along the shores of the Tauranga Harbour, to and up the left
bank of the Waimapu River, and continuing along the boundaries
of the Waimapu Riding as hereinbefore described,
first in a westerly direction and then in a northerly direction,
to the boundary of the Borough of Tauranga aforementioned;
then e in a south-easterly direction along the boundary of
that borough, as described in Gazette No. 23 of the 20th day
of April 1950, page 472, to the south-eastern corner of Lot 6,
D.P. 34236 aforementioned, the point of commencement.

special meeting of the Tauranga County Council, held on the
6th day of August 1956, and after public notification was
duly confirmed as a special order at the ordinary meeting of

Rules of South Canterbury Acclimatisation Society Approved

PURSUANT to section 29 (4) of the Wildlife Act 1953, the
Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that the rules
of the South Canterbury Acclimatisation Society have been
approved by him under that subsection.

City of Berlin Debts

The Minister of External Affairs has been informed that
New Zealand creditors may now take steps towards obtaining
settlement of pre-war or war-time debts (bonded or otherwise)
owed to them by the City of Berlin, or by public utility
enterprises owned or controlled by Berlin.

Tobacco Growing Industry Amendment Act 1951, and the
Tobacco Board Election Regulations 1952, section 24, I hereby
give public notice that the number of votes received by each
candidate for the office of growers' representative on the
Tobacco Board is as follows:

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price
Tribunal hereby makes the following amending price order:

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 1674, and
    shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order
    No. 1669* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

  2. This order shall come into force on the 5th day of
    October 1956.

  3. Subclause (4) of clause 5 of the principal order is hereby
    amended by deleting therefrom the following words:

"Provided also that, where phosphatic fertiliser manufactured
at Smart Road is sold for delivery at a place which is
nearer or more convenient of access to Aramoho, the freight
charged shall not exceed that which would have been incurred
had delivery been made from Aramoho to the place of
delivery."
