Land Taken for Road and Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XVI, Pirongia Survey District, and Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, Otorohanga County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Frank Patrick Shirley, of Otorohanga, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease recorded in Register Book, Volume 1074, folio 111, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of October 1956.

SECOND SCHEDULE

LEASEHOLD ESTATE IN LAND TAKEN FOR THE PURPOSES OF A ROAD

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the above described leasehold estate is taken: 1 acre 2 roods 3·5 perches.

Being part Section 43, Block XVI, Pirongia Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 36926.)

All in the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151693 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of October 1956.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of October 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 18·2 perches.

Being part Allotment 29, Parish of Te Papa.

Situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37490.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151600 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of October 1956.
