A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of October 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.
Being Lot 6, D.P. 4361, being part Section 115, Gisborne Suburban. All certificate of title, Volume 111, folio 38, Gisborne Land Registry.
