Cancellation of the Vesting in the Oroua County Council, Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Oroua Rabbit Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Oroua and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a site for a roadman's cottage to a reserve for a site for a rabbiters' cottage, and further, vests the said reserve in the Oroua Rabbit Board, in trust, for the purpose of a reserve for a site for a rabbiters' cottage.
