PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre. Being Allotment 253, Town of Cambridge East. All certificate of title, Volume 17, folio 42, Auckland Land Registry. Situated in the Borough of Cambridge.
