Revoking Part of a Proclamation Taking Additional Land for a Recreation Ground in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 9th day of August 1949, and published in Gazette, 18 August 1949, Volume II, page 1703, taking additional land for a recreation ground in the City of Auckland, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land no longer required: 3·9 perches.
Being part Lot 4, D.P. 32859, being part Allotment 75, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland.
Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39497.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151593 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of September 1956.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 14 acres 1 rood 39·4 perches.
Being part Allotment 39, Matata Parish.
Situated in Block XIII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, and Block XVI, Rotoma Survey District, Borough of Kawerau, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37844.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151601 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for health purposes (medical practitioner's residence), is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1956.
