A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of September 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 10 acres 3 roods 25 perches.
Being part land on D.P. 7472, being part Allotment 190, Kirikiriroa Parish. All certificate of title, Volume 424, folio 66, Auckland Land Registry.
