Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitaki, of that
part of the reserve for plantation purposes described in the
Schedule hereto.

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve to Recreation
Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Omarama
Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part
of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve
for plantation purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes,
and further declares the said reserve to be a public domain,
subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form
part of the Omarama Domain to be administered as a public
domain by the Domain Board.
