Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby appoints the
Waitemata County Council
to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a scenic
reserve.

of September 1956, the appointment of John Arthur Brether-
ton as the District Licensing Authority for the No. 8
Transport District made by Warrant dated the 8th day of
August 1956,* and hereby appoints Archie Arthur Williamson
as District Licensing Authority for the No. 8 Transport
District for a term commencing on the 10th day of September
