A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 17th day of September 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 0·2
perch.
Being part Section 10, Block XI, Kawhia South Survey
District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37886.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151445
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.

taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Pro-
clamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of Sep-
tember 1956.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation,
dated the 30th day of March 1953, published in Gazette, 1
April 1953, Vol. I, page 528, and deposited in the Land
Registry Office at Nelson under No. 1897, taking land for
housing purposes in the Borough of Richmond, and hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken, subject to the condition as to building
line imposed by Order in Council 1849 and subject as to
Lots 2, 8, 9, 10, 16, 17, 32, and 33, D.P. 4663, to the sewerage
and water rights and rights incidental thereto created by
memorandum of transfer No. 48854, Nelson Land Registry,
for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of
September 1956.
