Land Taken for Waterworks in Block III, Wairio Survey District, and Block XXVII, Wairaki Survey District, and for Sewage-treatment Works in Block II, Wairio Survey District, Wallace County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sewage-treatment works, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wallace as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of February 1956.

Being part Lot 19, D.P. 1289, being part Section 90, Block II, Wairio Survey District, Southland R.D. (S.O. 6203.)

Shown on plan P.W.D. 149208, and thereon coloured yellow.

All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of January 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of February 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 1·8 perches.

Being Lot 1, D.P. S. 1046, being part Allotment 232, Waimana Parish. All certificate of title, Volume 1036, folio 6, Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in the Borough of Whakatane.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to drainage, water, and pipe-line rights created by transfer No. 386217, for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of February 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 17·53 perches.

Being Lot 1, D.P. 17673, being part Section 9, Watts Peninsula District. All certificate of title, Volume 666, folio 46, Wellington Land Registry.

Situated in the City of Wellington.
