Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in Block XI, Ngaere Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of February 1956.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of February 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 105 acres 1 rood 27 perches.

Being Lot 2, D.P. 6551, part Tahoraiti 2A 27 Block. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 101, folio 132, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by Order in Council No. 10349, for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of February 1956.
