WAITEMATA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and amendments and the Counties Act 1920 and amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitemata County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain work, namely, the construction and formation of a public road passing through or adjoining the several parcels of land referred to hereunder and situated in the Birkenhead Riding of the County of Waitemata, and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that plans of the lands so required to be taken are deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the said Council, situated at the Council Chambers, 1 Princes Street, Auckland, and are open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work by the taking of the said lands must state their objection, in writing, and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers.

WAIAPU COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waiapu County Council, acting under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, to take lands for a road, and for the purposes of such work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that plans of the lands as required for such public work are deposited in the office of the Waiapu County Council at Te Puia and at the offices of Messrs Nolan and Skeet, Solicitors, Gisborne, and are open for inspection by all persons during office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of such public works who have any well founded objection thereto must state their objection, in writing, and deliver it to the Clerk of the Waiapu County Council at Te Puia within forty days of the first publication of this notice.

OAMARU BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Oamaru Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of storm-water drainage from Thames Highway to the sea coast, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate in Thames Street, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands, who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Thames Street, Oamaru.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH LAND WAS ACQUIRED
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf, to change the purpose for which the land described in the Schedule hereto was acquired, namely, for the purposes of a pleasure ground, to some other purpose, namely, for housing purposes; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said land is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, in the said city and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours, and that all persons affected by the proposed change of purpose should, if they have well grounded objections to the proposed change of purpose, set forth the same in writing and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Wellington City Council addressed to the Town Clerk at his said office.

ALL that piece of land situate in the City of Wellington containing by admeasurement four acres one rood thirty-nine perches (4 a. 1 r. 39 p.), more or less, being part of Section 2, Town District, being Lots 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 on Deposited Plan No. 2203, and being also part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 319, folio 15 (Wellington Registry).
The above-mentioned piece of land being also defined in a Proclamation registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 4606.
