Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke
Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street:
25·14 perches.
Being part Lots 7 and 8, D.P. 699, being part Section 5,
Kaiwharawhara District.
Situated in Block III, Port Nicholson Survey District, City
of Wellington. (S.O. 23557.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151348
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured sepia.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieu-
tenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State
forest land.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT — WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas in Rangitikei County, containing 114 acres,
more or less, being part of Section 4, Block XV, Moawhango
Survey District, and part of Section 6, Block I, Ohinewairua
Survey District (parts run No. 30). As shown on plan No.
72/5, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest
Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
