along a straight line to Trig. Station Tapuae in Block XIV,
Orahiri Survey District, a straight line to the northernmost
corner of Te Kuiti No. 2B 14B Block and along the northern
boundary of that block; thence south-westerly along the
south-eastern boundaries of the said Block 2B 14B and Te
Kuiti Nos. 2B 9B and 2B 22 Blocks to the north-western corner
of Rangitoto-Tuhua 64A Block; thence easterly generally along
the northern boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua 64A, 71B 2,
71B 1, and 69B Blocks to the north-eastern corner of the last-
mentioned block, a straight line to and along the southern
boundary of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 26B Block, along the
western, northern, and eastern boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua
No. 35E 1B Block and the northern boundaries of Sections 14,
3, and 4, Block XIV, Mangaorongo Survey District; thence
southerly along the generally eastern boundaries of the said
Section 4 and Rangitoto-Tuhua Nos. 35E 1A and 35E 2 Blocks
to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned block; thence
along the production of the south-western boundary of the
said 35E 2 Block to the middle of the Waipa River;
thence up the middle of that river to a point in line with
the northern boundary of Rangitoto A No. 41 Block; thence
to and along the northern, eastern, and southern boundaries
of that block and the production of the last-mentioned boun-
dary to the middle of the Waipa River; thence again up the
middle of that river to a point in line with the southern boun-
dary of Rangitoto A No. 67B 1A Block; thence easterly
generally to and along the southern boundary of Rangitoto A
No. 67B 1A, aforesaid, the western, southern, and eastern
boundaries of part 60B, the eastern boundary of 49B 2, the
southern boundary of 30B, the western boundary of 28, and
the western and southern boundaries of 40, all being of Rangi-
toto A Block; thence south-easterly along the south-western
boundaries of Rangitoto A No. 29A Block and Rangitoto B
Block to the south-eastern boundary of Rangitoto A No. 31B
Block; thence south-westerly along that boundary to its inter-
section with a straight line between Rangitoto Trig. Station in
Block IV, Pakaumanu Survey District, and the source of the
Ongarue River; thence south-easterly along the said straight
line to the source of the Ongarue River; thence westerly along
a straight line to Trig. Station 1394 (Pukemako) in Block V,
Hurakia Survey District; thence south-westerly along a straight
line to Trig. Station Z (Kopuha) in Block XIIIA, Ongarue
Survey District; thence north-westerly along a straight line to
the intersection of the middle of the Waitataura Road with
the middle of the Mapiu Road, in Block II, Tangitu Survey
District; thence northerly along the middle of the Maipu Road
to its junction with the Kurakura Road; thence north-easterly
generally along the middle of the Kurakura Road and the
Kopaki Road to its junction with the Pukerimu Road; thence
north-westerly generally along the middle of the Pukerimu
Road, the Aramatai Road, and the Mangapehi Road, to its
junction with the Auckland-Wellington Main Highway in
Block VI, Otanake Survey District; thence south-westerly along
the middle of that highway to its junction with Troopers Road;
thence northerly generally along Troopers Road to its junction
with the Te Anga - Te Kumi Main Highway; thence westerly
generally along that highway to the easternmost corner of
Section 9 (Cemetery Reserve), Block IV, Maungamangero
Survey District; thence northerly along a straight line to the
westernmost corner of Section 7, Block IX, Orahiri Survey
District; being the point of commencement.

MANIAPOTO No. 3 TRIBAL DISTRICT

All that area situated in the Auckland and Taranaki Land
Districts bounded by a line commencing at Tirau Point on
the sea coast, in Block III, Whareorino Survey District; thence
proceeding easterly along a straight line to Trig. Station 1657
(Maungamangero) in Block V, Maungamangero Survey Dis-
trict, a straight line to the southernmost corner of Section 5,
Block VI, Maungamangero Survey District, and a straight line
to the northernmost corner of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No.
13254; thence northerly along a straight line to the easternmost
corner of Section 9 (Cemetery Reserve), Block IV, Maunga-
mangero Survey District; thence easterly generally along Te
Anga - Te Kumi Main Highway to Troopers Road, in Block
II, Otanake Survey District; thence southerly generally along
Troopers Road to the Auckland-Wellington Main Highway,
in Block VI, Otanake Survey District; thence north-easterly
generally along the said highway to Mangapehi Road; thence
south-easterly generally along Mangapehi Road, Aramatai
Road, and Pukerimu Road, to its junction with Kopaki Road,
in Block IV, Mapara Survey District; thence south-westerly
generally along Kopaki Road and Kurukura Road to its junc-
tion with Mapiu Road; thence southerly generally along the
middle of Mapiu Road, Hiwi Road, and the middle of the
road forming the southern boundary of Section 24, Block I,

tawai Trig. Station; thence along the southern and western
boundaries of Section 9 and the southern boundaries of Sec-
tion 6, Block VI, aforesaid, to the Waitewhena Road; thence
along the Waitewhena Road to the southern boundary of
Section 8, Block V, Aria Survey District; thence along the
southern and western boundaries of Section 8 and the southern
boundaries of Sections 3 and 2, Block V, aforesaid, to the
south-western corner of the last-mentioned section; thence
along the eastern and southern boundaries of Section 11,
Block V, aforesaid, to the western boundary of the Aria Sur-
vey District; thence southerly along the western boundary of
the Aria Survey District, aforesaid, to its intersection with the
Panirau Stream; thence down the middle of the Panirau
Stream to the middle of the Mokau River; thence down the
middle of the Mokau River to a point in line with the eastern
boundary of the Mokau-Mohakatino 1G Block; thence to and
along the said eastern boundary and the eastern boundary of
Mokau-Mohakatino No. 1J Block through Trig. Station
Tawhitiraupeka to the Mohakatino Stream, and down that
stream to its confluence with a stream intersecting the
Mohakatino-Parininihi No. 1D East Block, the said confluence
being near the westernmost corner of Section 1, Block III,
Waro Survey District; thence up the latter stream to the
Mohakatino Road and along that road to the north-eastern
corner of Section 6, Block VI, Waro Survey District; thence
along the northern and south-western boundaries of that sec-
tion and the western boundaries generally of Sections 5, 4, and
3, Block VI, Waro Survey District, and the southern boundary
of the said Section 3, and the western boundary of Section 1
(E.R.), Block VII, Waro Survey District, to the intersection
of the last-mentioned boundary with the confiscation line
(being a part of the southern boundary of the Waikato-
Maniapoto Mo-ori Land Court and Maori Land District as
described in the Gazette, 1914, page 1212); thence westerly
along the confiscation line to the sea coast at Parininihi (White
Cliffs); thence northerly generally along the sea coast to Tirau
Point, being the point of commencement.

MANIAPOTO No. 4 TRIBAL DISTRICT

All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a
line commencing at the mouth of the Waihekura Stream in
Block III, Marokopa Survey District; thence proceeding east-
erly along a right line in the direction of Trig. Station T
(Rock Peak) in Block I, Orahiri Survey District, to its inter-
section with the middle of the Waitomo Caves Main Highway;
thence north-westerly generally along the middle of that high-
way to its junction with Taumatatotara West Road and along
a right line to Trig. Station Baldy in Block XIII, Kawhia
North Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line
to the westernmost point of Te Motu in Kawhia Harbour,
along the north-western shore of that island to its northern-
most point, and along a right line to Point Ellis, Block XI;
Kawhia North Survey District; thence south-easterly generally
along the shore of Kawhia Harbour, being the north-eastern
boundary of part Section 12A, Pirongia West Block, to the
boundary of part Section 12B 3, Pirongia West Block, along
the boundary between the two last-mentioned sections, again
along the shore of Kawhia Harbour to and up the middle of
the Awaroa River to a point due west of the southernmost
corner of Scenic Reserve, Section 10, Block XI, Kawhia North
Survey District, and along a right line to Trig. Station T
(Rock Peak) in Block I, Orahiri Survey District; thence
westerly along a right line in the direction of the mouth of
Waihekura Stream in Block III, Marokopa Survey District, to
its intersection with the western boundary of Section 8, Block
I, aforesaid; thence southerly generally along the western
boundary of the said Section 8, the western, south-western,
and south-eastern boundaries of Section 1, and the south-
eastern boundaries of Sections 2 and 3A, all of Block VIII,
Kawhia South Survey District, a right line across a public
road, the western boundaries of Sections 3A and 3, Block V,
Orahiri Survey District, the western boundaries of Sections 3
and 7, Block IX, Orahiri Survey District, to Mangapohue
Road; thence southerly along a right line to the easternmost
corner of Section 9 (Cemetery Reserve), Block IV, Maunga-
mangero Survey District, and a right line to the northernmost
corner of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 13254; thence westerly
along a right line to the southernmost corner of Section 5,
Block VI, Maungamangero Survey District, along a right line
to Trig. Station 1657 (Maungamangero), and along a right
line to Tirau Point on the sea coast in Block III, Whareorino
Survey District; thence northerly along the sea coast to the
mouth of the Waihekura Stream, being the point of com-
mencement.
