the western side of the Timaru-Dunedin State Highway No.
59, Block III, Patiti Survey District; thence north-westerly
along the northern boundary of the said Section 4 of Reserve
640 to a line parallel to and 400 links approximately west of
the western side of the Timaru-Dunedin State Highway afore-
said; thence northerly along that line, to and south-easterly
along a line parallel to and 250 links approximately north-east
of the north-eastern side of King Street, to and along a line
parallel to and 250 links approximately north-west of the
north-western side of Turnbull Street, to and along a line
parallel to and 250 links approximately north-east of the
north-eastern side of Queen Street and its production to the
mean high-water mark of the sea; thence south-westerly along
the mean high-water mark of the sea to a point opposite the

line of the Fairlie Branch Railway in line with the north-
easterly boundary of Reserve 3683, Block V, Pareora Survey
District; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary
and the north-easterly boundary of Section 74, Rosewill
Settlement, to a point on a line parallel to and 250 links
approximately south-east of the south-eastern boundaries of
Reserve 3683 and a public road forming the south-eastern
boundary of Sections 32, 28, and 29, Cave Village; thence
south-westerly along that line and its production to a point
in line with the south-western boundary of Section 20, Cave
Village; thence north-westerly to and along the south-western
boundaries of Sections 20 and 19 to a point on a line parallel
to and 250 links approximately south-east of the south-eastern
boundary of a public road forming the north-western boun-
dary of Section 71, Rosewill Settlement; thence south-westerly
along that line to Cannington Road, being a point on the
boundary of the County of Levels (Gazette, No. 21, of 13
March 1952); thence north-easterly generally along that
boundary to the right bank of the Tengawai River; thence
again north-easterly generally along the said bank to a line
parallel to and 250 links approximately east of the eastern
side of a public road forming the western boundary of part
Section 77, Rosewill Settlement; thence southerly along that
line and its production across State Highway No. 60 to the
centre line of the Fairlie Branch Railway; thence north-easterly
along that centre line to the commencing point.
FIFTH SCHEDULE
LEVELS COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME—SECTION 5, RURAL
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District being the
County of Levels as described in Gazette, No. 21, of 13
March 1952, at page 380, and in Gazette, No. 13, of 25
February 1954, at page 289, excepting thereout the areas in the
first, second, third, and fourth sections hereinbefore described.
