A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby
proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 18 acres 2 roads.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 65 and 66.
Situated in Block IX, Mangamuka Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39349.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151186 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 14th day of August 1956.

PART Section 14, Block II: Hawera Survey District: Area, 37 acres 3 roods 2.4 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 195, folio 70 (Taranaki Registry); as the same is more particularly delineated on plan numbered I.A. 52/193 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of August 1956.

P URSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the said Act.
