ROADS COUNCIL DISTRICT No. 16
ALL that portion of public highway in the Borough of Port Chalmers declared as the Dunedin - Port Chalmers Main Highway, as described in Order in Council dated 10 November 1937.
All those portions of public highway in the County of Waikouaiti and the Borough of Port Chalmers declared as the Port Chalmers - Waitati Main Highway, as described in Order in Council dated 16 December 1935†.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROADS COUNCIL DISTRICT No. 16
Port Chalmers - Waitati - All that public highway in the County of Waikouaiti, commencing at the western boundary of the Borough of Port Chalmers, at the south - eastern corner of Section 4, Block II, Lower Harbour West Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north - westerly direction and terminating at its junction with the Timaru - Dunedin State Highway at the north - eastern corner of Section 28, Block I, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, being a distance of 5 miles 32 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 150944 deposited in the office of the National Roads Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Also all that public highway in the Borough of Port Chalmers, commencing at its junction with the Dunedin - Port Chalmers Main Highway at the south - eastern corner of Section 62, Sawyers Bay Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north - easterly direction and terminating at the western boundary of the Borough of Port Chalmers adjoining the south - eastern boundary of Section 4, Block II, Lower Harbour West Survey District, being a distance of 56 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 150944 deposited in the office of the National Roads Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Election of Grower Representative on the Potato Board
PURSUANT to section 6 of the Potato Growing Industry Act 1950, and under the provisions of the Potato Board Election Regulations 1951, notice is hereby given that the roll of growers in the Central Ward who are entitled to vote for a grower member on the Potato Board will be open for public inspection during ordinary office hours for a period of seven days from the 15th August 1956 at the head office of the Board, Wellington, at the offices of the Potato Growers' Central Ward Committee, Christchurch, and at the offices of the Department of Agriculture at Christchurch, Rangiora, Blenheim, and Nelson.
Nomination forms may be had on application to any of the above offices, or from the returning officer, Box 2742, Wellington.
Nominations must be in the hands of the returning officer by not later than noon on the 5th day of September 1956.

Deficiency Payments in Respect of Export Meat
PURSUANT to the Meat Export Prices Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the deficiency payments set out in the Schedule hereto may be made to the owners in accordance with that Act for the classes of meat specified in the said Schedule for the week commencing on Monday, the 6th day of August 1956.

Apiary Registration Districts and Offices Appointed (Notice No. Ag. 6142)
PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 3 of the Apiaries Registration Regulations 1953, the Director-General of Agriculture hereby amends the Schedule to the notice appointing apiary registration districts and offices, dated the 2nd day of December 1953, by revoking so much of the said Schedule as relates to the Auckland Registration District, and substituting the following words:
Northland, with registration office at Auckland:
The counties of Mangonui, Whangaroa, Bay of Islands, Hokianga, Whangarei, Hobson, Otamatea, Rodney, and that part of the Waitemata County lying generally north and east of a line commencing on the east coast at the Rangitopuni River bridge at Riverhead, thence continuing generally in a north - westerly direction along the Riverhead - Albany highway to its junction with the Old North Road, thence along the Old North Road to its junction with the Inland Road, thence along the Inland Road to the west coast at the junction of the Inland Road and the Helensville - Kaukapakapa highway at Punganui.
Auckland, with registration office at Auckland:
The counties of Eden, Great Barrier Island, Manukau, Franklin, and that part of the Waitemata County not included in the Northland Registration District.

Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
PURSUANT to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of unclaimed moneys, dated 27 July 1956, derived from the Waikato - Maniapoto Maori Land Court District and held by him, has been filed at the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Rotorua, Wellington, Gisborne, and Wanganui, and all sub - offices of the Department of Maori Affairs, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of fee.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Tokaanu Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 31 March 1932 and published in the Gazette, 7 April 1932, Volume I, page 740.
