Notice of Intention to Take Land in Blocks III and IV, Otanake Survey District, for Road
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road, and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Te Kuiti and is there open for inspection, and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing, and send the writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the additional land described in the Schedule hereto for a Maori school; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Pipiriki and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing, and send the writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be Crown Land Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 6th day of August 1956, subject as to Lot 4, D.P. 43047, to the agreement as to fencing contained in conveyance No. 253659, Auckland Land Registry, and as to Lots 3, 4, and 13, D.P. 43047, to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 571414, Auckland Land Registry.
