NOTICE OF MEETING OF CREDITORS

PURSUANT to section 300 of the Companies Act 1933, notice is hereby given that Coatesville Quarries Limited will on the 23rd day of July 1956 by an entry in the minute book of the company, pursuant to section 300 of the Companies Act 1933, pass a creditors’ resolution for voluntary winding up, to wit:

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Levels County Council at its meeting held on the 7th day of March 1956 has resolved to prepare for the Levels County a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
